I find it ironic the company is named after a sleazy business man who stole all his inventions from an inventor. Really highlights what kind of company this is and its core values. Heck the deception is in the name: Con and Edison. Beyond that, they decided to increase the rates by 30-50%. So on top of paying for solar panel fees for which most houses dont quality, but hey, fuck you get billed anyways, the people of NY/NJ also get the pleasure of paying 30-50% more for energy. Really the only thing holding up NYC is White accomplishments that have shown to be surprisingly resilient. Even the verazzano looks like its a small vibration or minor fatal error from collapsing. People scream about their pensions and their gov jobs, which seems to be the only reason the normal people seem to stay. I can't understand why but they also can't do basic math. They see jobs in other places and they scream they pay is too low, without realizing the pay is high BECAUSE they live in NYC. But at the same time the pensioned job employees are too stupid and thick to understand that their jobs is what's causing the city to implode. They want EVERYONE else to sacrifice for them, and cant understand why this breeds resentment.

They aren't even subtle about it, they sneer at private sector employees. But the people in NYC are too stupid to understand the ONLY reason they even have a job that pays them money is a) exceeding amounts of debt, b) property liens causing an increase in property taxes, and c) whatever the private sector jobs are left. They demand the public unions get more salary for doing jack fuck, than act confused why their property taxes are going up. The funniest part is they voted to increase public bonds, without understanding what that means to their own cost of living.

I like to analyze the liberal ideology a lot since its so .. messed up. The common NPC will say these people are smart, but i think they just keep throwing shit on the wall hoping something sticks. I've noticed that compared to what you saw in movies (Really my only reference point for how NYC was prior), the place is just hollow. Everything is boarded up, people are leaving in droves. I decided to look up the solution to the CRE implosion, and as I envisioned, the solution is to tax the people who own the property even more. Because when something isn't selling, making it even MORE expensive is definitely the solution!

Make them file a stupid form and force them to pay taxes cause fuck you (this is apparently a thing in NYC, if you leave and become a resident somewhere else, NYC will audit you for leaving and make you pay fines). NYC and NY see themselves as above the law, they are the law, and they can use the law any way they want.

I talked with a few, and finding a good one is insanely difficult. The first one was getting impatient and wanted to wholesale my house to a completely random company through some kind of weird title scam. He also didn't know how to open my windows because anything outside post 2010 construction was just magic to him. The second one assured me i had foundational problems that i caused ( i didnt), and scare me into thinking my house was a total loss. In both cases their "opinions" were total bullshit, and i had to pay thousands to verify the second claim just to make sure. Turns out it was a minor issue with a gutter pipe.

Im sure there are people in the new generations who exist who are not like this. Im also sure being in close proximity to a liberal city doesn't help. It may be that the city is what fuels this mindset, i have no idea. What I've noticed is the concept of sacrifice, or being thankful for what you have is lost on most people. Think about this shit for a minute. It's a cliche that history is written by the winners, and I don't think that's fuckin true. I was at a coffee shop i tend to go to from time to time. I was chastised for wearing pro Trump paranephielia. They told me to take if off or i may get beat up. I hold Christians and Christ cucks in two different buckets. I pin a good Christian more closely to a racially aware, believer in God, who can understand the Bible is made up of the OT and the NT. A lot of modern day churches completely ignore the OT, opting to follow the prosperity gospel of the NT. I'm surprised my gf is anti covid since she has a very strong pro government sentiment. She takes instagram and google as gospel, and is not capable of differentiating between an opinion and a fact. She is not self correcting or aware enough of her own behavior to understand how her behavior can be adapted. Her behavior can best be described as mixture a nigger brain and jewish mental predisposition. The weird thing is she's White as can be.

My gf has no emotional regulation. She dumps her feelings onto other people. The anxiety behavior boils down to severe issues with being able to communicate her feelings properly. The behavior is impossible to account for or predict. One day she can be normal. The next day, I may as well take a day off work to go on a wild goose chase. There is no rhyme and reason in her emotions. She was much better about this not even a year ago. Now, I have no idea why this behavior became progressively worse.

The thing is she also has a lot of good qualities. But now I can't tell if those qualities are genuine or fake. If she's so pro gov and pro compliance to the state and society, why is she anti covid? The qualities I loved are now being questioned because I can't tell why they were there in the first place.And if she only decided against COVID due to her own family telling her not to get it, than it shows severe mental acuity problems. This person doesn't make decisions, she waits until someone else makes the decision and weighs in on which decision "sounds" the best. This way if it goes south, she can immediately blame the other person.

In my home state, none of my behavior has ever been seen as out there. I've never had anyone call me mentally ill, or different. Even at my most racist and anti gay, I never had anyone tell me I was wrong. My speech went on to help people talk their minds more openly. The only reason i come off as out there, is because the PC window in NY is so far to the left, that calling a woman a woman makes you some crazy, deranged monster.
