I’m studying at the library. It’s a fantastic place for me to get my work done, as I have less distractions, and my local community library has private study rooms, complete with dry erase boards/air purifiers (white noise)/ and beanbag chairs to rest in between hitting the books. There’s windows in between all the study rooms, and right behind me, there’s three niggers; a family. An old nigger and his two daughters. They obviously don’t live here (no niggers live in my town). They each have their own Apple computer, sailfoam, and bucket of fried chicken. I cannot make this shit up. They be loitering in our library, eating they chicken, and checking they social media on they computers/sailfoams. I managed to increase my income by close to 75% in the past 10 years. It was great at first, but looking back, I made more money as a ratio of purchasing power back then than i do now. Sure I make more on paper now, but gas used to be much cheaper, taxes were cheaper, stuff was overall cheaper. Even if i wanted to buy something now, like a house, its horribly overpriced, and not worth it, usually made of lower tier builder grade shit. Cars arent much better, as its a race to the bottom to see who can make it for cheaper. I was looking on Zillow, and some of these houses are commanding insane prices. One of them was bought for 40,000 not even 2 years ago, and they want 200,000 for it now ... Cars that used to cost maybe 10,000, cost 35,000 or more. Not that i need a new car anyway.
You have pensions so broke and bankrupt they've resorted to suing companies for lost earnings (NYC Pension fund entered the chat), most criminals get away with it since the justice system either doesn't care or is in on the take, everything is just complete crap now
And im not saying this as someone who just had to pay hundreds to get their towed car back ... but then it got me thinking, why is this even a thing? I can understand the part where the car gets towed, but now a company can essentially steal your car over a few hundred bucks. If you dont pay it, fuck you, the car is ours now. You never own anything, since anything you own is so overtly commoditized it can be taken away for any reason or no reason. And when you look at the top paying fields: none of them producing anything. Contract nullification makes this even weirded since one contract can say one thing but its invalid, but the rest of the contract is valid unless its not, but you need to spend thousands to figure out what the contract says.
Meanwhile the farmers, service workers, HVAC, and all the other fields that produce something of value pay close to nothing. This system can't go on like this forever, eventually it will be forced to downsize or collapse.

I remember as a child that I found castles, pottery, animals, cathedrals, nature, and paintings to be awesome (in the literal sense of the word). The world was a beautiful place with filled with wonder.
Then as I grew older the ugly side of people twisted my perception of others. I saw early on that there is so much stuff that's hiding behind the masks of people's smiles, so I looked into fantasies (books, music, etc.) to find things which inspire.
But, these days nobody builds anything beautiful. And, I know this is by design. If you look into the history of Thomas Kinkade (the guy that made "cheesy" paintings that give you a good feeling) you'll find that "critics" were out tearing down his work because it wasn't "challenging" to the system. Well at this point there's nobody left who creates anything of beauty, and the system is destructive.
Artists who create beauty would be ultimately challenging this system. But, when everything is ugly it takes skill that has been lost to raise the soul. I know these skills are lost, but they still exist somewhere and there are people skilled enough to use the techniques.
So, where can you even locate beauty. It doesn't exist on the internet, I haven't seen it anywhere locally. Has it just dropped back into some hobbyists room and they just don't even want to expose it to the world?

My mom was an extremely abusive piece of shit who took great enjoyment in humiliating, berating, chastizing and all the usual petty bullshit one expects from a trashy asshole, moronic woman. My dad, the enabling trash wasn't much better, and sometimes partook in the action, my guess is out of fear or boredome. Both ways, he was a flaming pussy when it came to being bossed around like a little bitch.
When I was a kid my mom used to try and force me to eat and drink meds. Whatever the CDC or other bullcrap said, i found it in my breakfast. And we're not talking soft meds, were talking Zolpidem, Oxycodone, Valium. Imagine someone thinking feeding this crap to someone who'se 5 or so is a good idea ... and you have my mom. She would try mixing it into my food, force feeding it. In any which case, I absolutely refused the crap. My dad would try to make me write med logs for medications, and he would beat the shit out of me for not taking the meds.
My mom hated that I never took the meds, so she took to trying to get me mentally committed. She even went so far as to try to get me used as a way to get more meds for herself. She said I had oppositional defiance disorder, threatening to have me locked up in prison for not listening to her, trying to bait medical personnel to throw me into jail so she could force power over me, nothing was off the table with that woman.
What threw me over the edge, was that my family friend had died at one point. My mom did not give a fuck about the person. But at one point my dad was telling me if the hospital gives me opiates or calming meds for the anxiety i got over the death, i should just give them to my mom. My dad the piece of shit was openly telling me to be my mom's drug dealer ... what made the death so weird, is my mom was going out of her way to goat me and abuse me to get an emotional reaction she could use against me. It's like she was trying to get me angry so she could point and tell me im some kind of asshole.
I dont talk to these people anymore, they are out of my life. But their behavior makes me angry, destroying a kid's life to that extent to score drugs. My gf will never understand why or how this creates problems, since her own family is nowhere near this level of abusive. The thing is all these problems made me into a much stronger person emotionally and physically. I saw right through the veneer of bullshit that is current day society. This nurse forgot how to do the test so badly, my cousin had to REMIND her how to do it. She ended up having to google the procedure, because she couldn't remember how it was done. She then failed to understand how blood pressure works since she forgot that blood pressure can be done on the legs or arms, but will give different readings. She was very ... confused why this was.

Chicken is about $10/lb for breasts & $5.00/lb for thighs. I don't buy wings because they're overpriced and half is bone weight.
Pork is the cheapest meat but the worse for you - can't believe a pound of bacon is cheaper than ground beef at around $5.00/lb in my area.

I've been checking out food on Amazon Fresh but their options are really limited & a lot of their stuff is about 30% more expensive then if I shop at Kroger or Meijer & at least 40% more expensive than Aldi.

I just dropped $83 on groceries last Monday and I'm almost out of food. I shop on Mondays because they usually have the best deals since most retail stores get their truck shipments on Tuesdays (I worked in retail for a few years and hated Tuesdays) but now it seems like everyone is just inflating the fuck out of everything on purpose and blaming the economy.
$80 used to get me about 2 weeks worth groceries - and almost a month's worth if I shopped at Aldi. But now Aldi is jacking up their prices too and that's like the cheapest grocery store in my area unless I travel 25 miles to the hood & shop at a Save-A-Lot or some other weird "food club" store that's only in the ghetto.

I have 20 years experience in tech and these fuckers tell me, "you don't have enough management experience." meanwhile their resume is 15 years as literal help desk from 1985-2000 and they have a communications degree and have done nothing else.
Or just straight out of jr college in 1990 working the same job for 30 years literally making it to director of IT yet NEVER doing any actual IT work themsleves EVER!!!!! NOT ONE GOD DAMN TIME. And they tell me I don't have experience to work under them, meanwhile they literally don't know the difference between firewall and router and the possibility that they can both be the same device.
