Dealing with collection agencies, ive come to realize the difference between the effective price (the price you pa up front) and the realized price (the actual price of the service). I've found it's significantly cheaper to collect a debt, wait until it gets to collection and force drop the price down through a discount, than it is to actually ... pay my bills properly. Now this has caused a bit of conundrum to me: tis goes completely against what i was ever taught. This is identical to how jews settle debts, except they use LLCs and bankruptcy laws more often to get away with never paying their creditors, but same difference.
But deep down, this shows me the debt is fake, the money is fake, the entire system is complete bullshit.
No. I’m not sure it’s illegal to lie to people about your phone number. And I have no info to give the cops, I’ve never seen this bitch. All the people she defrauded probably informed the cops. Some guy called last week looking for her. Said the county had sued her and won, because she didn’t show up in court. No one can locate this woman, she must have lied about her address too. Sounds like a shit life.
