Why do most shows start to suck after season 1?

submitted by heytheremyfriends to Rants 1.6 yearsOct 1, 2023 23:38:46 ago (+10/-0)     (Rants)

This was a really old show . It started off great and it looked very promising. And then it happened: perverted story arks, insane diversity in the setting. I used to live ion one of these areas and the place was never this black for the time period. And they always push gays, trans and everything else. To draw you in they use more conservative, tamer content and then it’s usually goes to crap

It's to get you hooked, then they start ramming you all of the propaganda points.

Justified the TV show really woke me up. Then I noticed the same pattern of one or two good seasons then they figure you're hooked so let's push Marxist bullsjit. kikes

Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul didn't. They got even better.

I bet if you look at the credits, some of these shows start out without major jewish influence, and they swoop in if their jew senses tingle.

... but dude, he's a hacker. The assfucking was just social engineering. Totally appropriate and relevant for a show about hacking. /s

It went from hacking to literal buttfucking within the span of the first few episodes. That show was the last straw for me. I don't watch shows anymore.

One of the problems is there are NGOs that pay to have propaganda inserted into storylines. The (((Lear))) foundation funds several NGOs for that purpose.

Game of thrones was good until about the end of season 4? It went downhill when they had no books to follow.

Just started to devolve into full on girl power. Plus felt really rushed.

My guess, season 1 is mostly written already by those trying to get the show on tv. Then the (((writers guilds ))) take over.

Because they usually spend years on the script and planning for the first season, then they only less than a year to come up with something as well thought out.

Obviously there are multiple reasons, and as others have noted jews in charge will take a greater interest in a success than they do in the 100 new shows that get tried.

But the way kikes fuck it up with their propaganda does not really explain why the concepts in the show degrade so much. People will spend a lifetime thinking about their project before it ever gets picked up. They pour that lifetime of imagination, writing and re writing, bouncing ideas off lots of people and thinking over the feedback multiple times, all of it gets put into the first season because at that stage you only get the first season guaranteed.

No matter how intelligent and talented the writers are, every season after that is conceptualized and written in a few weeks. That can't compare to the work of those same writers working for years on the same ideas. Maybe they have a few ideas stashed away that they pull out of the cupboard. But none of then are as polished as their favorite ideas that went into the first season.

Only when there is a book adaptation is there consistency because the author of a book spends the same amount of time and effort on all the chapters.

Trailer Park Boys avoided that by employing improv actors and not writing dialog but rather filming off a framework and editing. The guy who plays Ray has international degrees in 3 professions and is a registered lawyer.

Similar concept with music. A band's first album is often an amalgam of years of talent, a best-of of their early unpublished era. Then they'll have the pressures of time and money and an audience when trying to replicate that first success.

Can anything open-ended work? Why should something keep going and going? A good story ends.

[ - ] dulcima 1 point 1.6 yearsOct 2, 2023 00:52:13 ago (+1/-0)

They run out of ideas very quickly and pander to fandoms (not the same thing as viewers). Fandoms generally comprise obese SJW bluehairs who write fanfiction and demand representation and inclusivity, after which shows start sucking till their inglorious ends.

This sounds like Lost or The Leftovers or Battlestar Galactica remake/sequel.

They put all of their best concepts and the most effort in for the pilot season. Once they get renewed they have to figure out what to do next and get it done on a schedule.

I was watching a much older show and I noticed the show keeps delving into multiple story arks for no reason. Some of the story arks dont even make sense and were just added there to pad extra episodes. And the content they teach makes me want to vomit

There’s a team of writers and different writers are responsible for different episodes. Though plenty of shows are uneven and disjointed because they lose track of subplots.

[ - ] heytheremyfriends [op] 1 point 1.6 yearsOct 2, 2023 00:03:15 ago (+1/-0)

I noticed that the director and producer of the show was actually different for every episode, which didn't help at all

Netflix with Obama on board.

It's Marxist ideology pushed via corporations.

Creeping communism. They can't create Nything of value. So they take something good and pervert it to suit their needs.
