If you abide by and follow the new rules and file the paperwork for an SBR, you'll be incriminating yourself and handing them the evidence they need to prosecute you for a felony that they just made up out of thin air.
Please recall that this is the same regulatory agancy that said that a piece of string could be a machinegun and act as you think best.
If someone you know (or don't) thinks you might be a danger to yourself, they can go to the court and very compassionately have you surrender all your firearms.
But don't worry. Frivolous petitions will get the party a fine of $1000.
this is a serious attack on many fronts. i understand this is just a small town and will go through challenges in courts and whatnot, but the idea here is make it too expensive for gun ownership, but also to get some back door legal liability for gun owners so they can be sued and attacked via the courts. expensive on the front end, but WAY too expensive (or worse) if you dare to use your gun - even in self defense. Dems HATE self defense, cause you need to be dependent on the government for your "protection".
