A bunch of paranoids, shut-ins, day-job guys, cleaners, cooks, and 20-somethings playing at revolutionaries during an economic collapse where actual bolsheviks are increasingly taking over. Was inspired by a story about the FBI busting two dudes, in I think a georgia hotel room, who travelled there to either learn to make pipebombs or recruit and teach the informant.
The show was about exploring the characters, and the dynamics and the ideal of being a "patriot" vs the pseudo-jews of the astroturf alt-right and the hangers-on that got pulled into it.
It would have been called "Boogaloo Boys."
The intro would have been pineapples falling, and "the boys are back in town" done in a shitty electronic trap style.
But then the setting of it came true and the idea for the show became boring.

This is what it means to be 'race blind.'
EQUITY on the otherhand, asks that we ignore this higher risk, because of the *potential* that outcomes *could* be unfair. Not that they *are*, only that they *could* be.
