Max 90 in one day
Did 50 yesterday

Did 95 today (slightly drunk)

Haven't had to deal with insomnia in years. Melatonin works great when needed though, as long as it's small doses (over 3mg and I'll wake up when it wears off at 4am)

Good exercise every day helps and especially if you can do something really strenuous on the weekend like a few hours of a competative sport or something. Cutting of screen time an hour before bed helps too. Good luck!
