Was rough year with ups and downs but we were getting stronger and stronger. Many sites has peak in first couple months and then fade away. VOAT.xyz started from scratch with zero base attracted goats and made new home for most of us.

Numbers don't lie and this is just beginning. Now @system established new crew to handle all voat affairs and to promote our community. Good luck and I hope they will triple those numbers next year.

Let's get it all out on the table, then create a poll! No one is obligated to migrate to the favored landing site, but at-least we'll have a good chance at getting the most GOATS in the same barn, and, we'll also have a good blueprint of where all the wayward GOATS are scattered! This place works because of the "DNA" that each of us brings to it! Getting scattered, will be the literal end of GOATDOM as we know it.

To be clear the scenario here is that our "planet" is about to die, and we're sending out an expedition team to see were life exists, and if it's suitable to our "survival". I've already seen some names thrown about, but I don't have high hopes for some of them.

These people gave everything to build the pillars of justice that protect and sustain you, and it is your responsibility to give something back and sacrifice a little in order to maintain those pillars and pass them on to the next generation. Anything less is a betrayal to those who broke their back to build the structure you are now standing on. So put down your Facebook and start paying attention to the things going on around you before that structure crumbles to nothing beneath your feet and you become a slave once again.

We’re getting hurricanes instead of economic collapse or civil war. Glowniggers are not putting in much effort this election cycle. This will help Kamala though both she and Trump have been mostly talking about Iran. We’re not going to war until after the election.

That is a link to the archived Voat sorted by "Top>All", meaning you get to see the top vote getting posts in the history of the site. Some of those go back basically to the beginning of the site. Take time to go through the comment sections to really understand what was going on back then.

After you go through that page, I'd suggest sorting by "Top>Year" to get the top posts from the last year of the site. You'll notice that you can sort by "Top>Quarter, Month, Week, and Day" too, and I suggest doing that.

Sure, a solid documentary should someday be made about the experience we all had there, but I think it's even cooler that a person can still interact with the ghost of the site in the way I described and truly understand the debates and issues we had.

EDIT: Some strange formatting glitch going on...I didn't type stuff out twice, it's just presenting it that way for some reason. I've tried a few things to fix it, but nothing's working.
