@KatHarzso I attempted to do a screen recording but I didn't have the software so I downloaded one and managed to fuck it up twice and have nothing to show.
In Adobe Camera Raw I did these setting:

All the Layers with layer masks are blended in luminosity mode except Vibrance which is blended to colour. Eye lighten is around the "lash line" and a dash on the feathers directly on the right of the eye.
Feather contrast is a high contrast layer with a black (hidden) layer mask where I painted it on (white) on low opacity where desired. Then I stamped all the layers (ctrl+shift+3?) and used Filter>Sharpen>unsharp mask to sharpen by eye at 100% zoom or greater (Amount:108% Radius:2.5 Threshold 46).
