You should mute the video because the music is pretty obnoxious.

The final result looks a bit complicated but following the broken down steps should be easy enough.

Advice on improving your cursive handwriting     (files.catbox.moe)

Here's a brief excerpt from a video on how to improve your cursive handwriting.

The original video is here: https://vid.puffyan.us/watch?v=q6rfoRiWa8A or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6rfoRiWa8A

Writing solely on a computer every day has ruined my once beautiful cursive writing. Hopefully this advice will inspire you to improve or regain your handwriting.

I don't care for his presentation exactly (not terrible, just slightly annoying), but his technicals are outstanding.

I generally purchase Whiteside, Freud or Rockler bits, but buy these if I'm only going to use them a few times as they aren't bad.

Not anymore.

I had no idea. Every single time.

This is a cute, decorative project that could interest your kids in engineering and design. You could make a simpler version with them out of cardboard and tape.

What was the last thing you made by hand, goats?     (ArtsAndCrafts)

Was it functional or decorative? What was your project and how'd you go about it?

Last thing I did was cut up one of my husband's worn out cotton tees (the kind you wear under your work shirts) and made cleaning rags out of it.

I cut the rags to size (into four or five small rectangles) and hand-sewed all around the edges. They work great and are cleanable and reusable. I'm trying to ween off of wasteful paper towels and the rags have helped with that.

This is a basic tutorial to get you started on the craft.

Here are examples of some intricate and beautiful works:

https://www.thewrightgallery.com/fine-art/scherenschnitte/

"Scherenschnitte Design by Arlene France, Lititz, PA. The art of "Scherenschnitte", or scissors cutting, is an old German-Swiss art done originally by the religious orders and brought to the U.S. by the Pennsylvania-Dutch immigrants in the 1700's.":

How to Start Leather Crafting     (yewtu.be)

From the video description:

This is a simple, budget friendly tutorial on how to try out leather crafting. It's also a look into how you can practice the fundamentals of leather work to get better at your craft!

In this video we give you a leather-specific tool rundown and then a separate tool list of things you might have around the house to use in the beginning of your leather crafting journey. As a beginner, it's less stressful to learn when you don't have a lot of money on the line - that's why we suggest starting small! When you are ready to upgrade your leather tools to lots of leather-specific tools, we always suggest our sponsor Weaver Leather because they've been our go-to supplier for tools and materials for a decade now.
