Sodomy is a dangerous practice that spreads disease and puts immunocompromised people at risk, including non-participants. It has a high public cost in terms of lost life and healthcare. The government has a compelling purpose to keep us safe and should regulate sodomy to that end.
My first instinct would be to promote a ban but I don't know if that's politically expedient and courts may shoot it down.
So as an alternative maybe we could have a licensing program where sodomites could register for a nominal fee and be fingerprinted. Then they would take a course on proper condom use and risk management. Failure to register would be a felony, as would performing sodomy with an unregistered person or any out-of-state resident.
Honestly this would be better than a ban. A ban would merely force sodomy into the dark. We wouldn't know who the sodomites were, and disease would spread untracked and unabated. But by registering the sodomites, they could be monitored and controlled, and everyone would be more safe, including the sodomites.
I have no experience drafting legislation but that is my goal so I'd appreciate ideas and proposals. Or just tell me I'm a fucking idiot. Thanks.
I've seen this "gun control is racist" argument a lot on pro-gun forums. Keeping guns away from murder monkeys is sensible, and some historical gun control attempted to do that, but our federal gun control laws are decidedly not racist. In fact they're the opposite since the MLK assassination was a major impetus to getting the GCA act passed in 1968, the killing preceding the law by only 6 months. The shooters were also varying shades of white.
Each major federal law was passed in the wake of some high-profile killings. These killings were so hyped that they are today essential American folk knowledge.
I'm about 200 pages into Mein Kampf and I find myself at a loss to grasp the difference between Zionism and the Pan-German sentiments espoused by Hitler. This is especially true since he makes the point that a nation is not a piece of land, but one race with one worldview. The Jew is also one race with one worldview. At the time they had no national land and were therefore easily regarded as parasites. But they now have a homeland to provide security and defense for their race. If the Jew is an eternal parasite then what use does it have for a homeland? If the Jew has a homeland then how can it be a parasite, and thus how can it be morally inferior to the German? Being a parasite is the main and perhaps only argument Hitler makes against the Jew. Is the Jew, now having realized some of its zionist dreams, on equal footing with the German?
