Well, hunt down the discussions on asking for donations. Poal has them, so does Voat. The wallet for Voat was known, so you can just check the blockchain for the balance. I guess I did know which wallet I sent the Poal donation to. Point being, the addresses are easily tracked using the new AI tools, but even the basic blockchain browser can calculate how much went through a wallet address.

Putt also made tons off of Bitcoin donated to the site. At least a few $100k, which is now worth millions.

I think Bitcoin was $16,000 per when he asked for donations. They went over $70k, recently. I don't know if he gave an exact number, but he did say the site was funded for the foreseeable future... now multiply that by 4.

If he was Chinese, don't you think he'd already know Chinese?

What are other reasons you might want to learn Chinese?

I think if you get TheBuddha's take, it will start to make sense to you that AOU intentionally made the site hostile to productive dialogue and productive information.

If it isn't an act, he has a personality disorder and extreme paranoia, but I don't think that is it. I think his actions are actively designed to keep the site hamstringed.

With the price of BitCoin, from donations myself and others made to keep the site alive, even though trepidatious about it's direction, he made a killing when it spiked again, recently.

So, he made his money. Why bother following rules, anymore? I guess common sense and common courtesy became optional, as well.

As I recall, TK got some kind of tag arbitrarily assigned. I don't remember which one, but I want to say it was the "niggerfaggot" tag.

AOU does absolutely assign tags arbitrarily.

He did have a good system that mostly worked for autotagging. At least, I felt like it worked about as good as it would get... the algorithm was doing its job. You can't catch'em all, though, and that is where heavy handed moderation stepped in.

Gaming downvoting is gay behavior, so I did like the "rule of thumb" that downvotes should be for spam, but the over-correction was too hard.

I was finally banned for upvoting about 15 - 20 /s/Introductions posts. It's like the site had reached the point that everyone who joined, no matter what their intention, was tagged as a Jew.

If a new viewer wants to make an account, they are run off. And that is exactly what the problem with voat was, too. The environment was too inhospitable to make the messaging and good information get any attention or views.

While tons of great research was posted to Voat, it just died, there. It didn't make it to mainstream. I could get tens of thousands of impressions with one Tweet, where a great Voat post would only get 115 views.

Even after Twitter shadowbanned me, it still had far more reach than with Voat.

Poal seemed to be the answer to all that. Superior interface and superior functionality. Free speech actually existed. For a time, anyways.

Now, it is back to saying only what AOU wants to be said and vote how AOU wants you to vote or you're out. It is the polar opposite of what was intended and envisioned.

It is so heavily micromanaged, it has just become the view of the micromanager and that view is antithetical to free speech.

I feel like AOU has actually made it his mission to run people off. I feel it is intentional and orchestrated. The only other alternative explanation is that he is a cluster B personality.

Well, it is the Internet, so my first thought was doubt.jpg. Obviously.

But, then I thought about it and could not really come up with an interesting idea for a movie that centered around Poal.

So, naturally, I am thinking, if real, this must be such a stupid idea that I should hear about it.

I left room for vocals on these. I shared them previously in FNGT, I think. In some form or another.

I've started work on another album, with vocals more in mind. Generally, I'll make about 40 tracks and decide which ones are best.
