Upgoat - "what's upgoat?"

I want to make a thru hull connection. One side is any kind of tubing (probably polyethylene) and the outside is PEX. Preferably the poly is perpendicular and the PEX is parallel to the wall

I want it to be as easy to take both apart, often.. And the poly tube should be able to rotate/swivel freely

I bought a Kindle Fire 8 for $32 and I regret it a little I see the 10" 1080p <7os for $43 used on eBay...

The OS is so bad but supposedly everyone is able to install Google Play so like, I can't root this version to Linux or windows so is there a Google Play app? I was thinking to run blue iris? on a cheap laptop and router so worst case the tablet can go to a web browser to see video..

I want to buy a 55 gallon rain barrel and pump to run through the RO filter I got last week instead of using municipal water

Barrel and pump look like $40 and I calculated I need 12x12 square feet to have enough water in Florida, and what better surface area than the roof

I'm thinking some kind of device that lets a PVC pipe attach to a vertical gutter, so that water goes into the pipe and when the pipe is full then it drains through the gutter

My dad is smart and handy but I barely got him to install the RO..

Thanks if anyone has any ideas.

The China plastic pieces cost $120, and a China tank and faucet are $40 and $20, and an electric leak detector shutoff is $30
