Do batteries require minimum input to charge?

Is there a battery that wouldn't charge, or worse, if you fed it 0.1V and 0.1A

Yes, the minimum is higher that the voltage of the battery plus hysteresis losses. Basically you need a few more volts that the battery for it to charge and ultimately the power source must be a few volts higher than the final battery voltage.

I’m good at this shit so if you have more questions, I have more answers.

Who do I look like, Elon Fucking Musk? Go to college and figure it out.

Good rule of thumb is you have to provide at least the range from nominal voltage to fully charged voltage.

And never mess with lithium batteries, use a proper charger.

Yes.

Be careful charging batteries make certain you're familiar

minimum should be no less than the charge cut-off current.

Charging too slow will have implications and as well as too fast. Idk if there is an exact sweet spot but I prefer 0.5 to 1mah and most chargers go up to 2. If that’s what you were eluding to

Heat degradqtion can be a thibg too, if the bqttery gets too hot charging can slow down.

If u fed it .1V it would never get more than .1V. To charge a battery you gotta give it more than what it has. If u gave a 12V battery
12V charge at .1A, it would charge, but charge slower and slower as it gets close to 12V. So throw 13V at it to get it up to around 12.5V, where you want it.

Agreed, many 12V chargers, including vehicle alternators provide about 13.5V.
