Can someone please suggest an authenticator app for people who hate them.     (technology)

I seriously hate them, but I am going to need to use one soon.

Anyone who suggests that they are good can go and die in a fire. You make sure your 2FA ideas die with you.

LOL. Electricity.      (Australia)

"From 1 August 2023, the rates and charges on your Nothing Fancy plan will change. We estimate the yearly cost of your electricity will increase by $1,348 (GST incl)^. Your new (and current) rates and charges are displayed below."

About 50% increase due to:

"Why is the price of my electricity changing?
It's predominantly due to unprecedented supply challenges and volatility in the Australian energy market, which has caused wholesale prices to rise. Changes in network, environmental and retailing costs have also contributed. If you want to know more about the causes of energy price changes, click the link below."

That's one hell of a volatile market.

Vic 2022 election party overview     (Australia)

submitted by AnmanIndustries to Australia 1.5 years ago

This 2022 state election is a real shit storm. No matter who you vote for, nothing with change. Only about 8 out of 23 parties have any merit.

1 - Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party Victoria - hates fag animal rights groups, reduce local councils, hunting and gathering forever, loves guns (although mentions suppressors and reducing laws, nothing about semis), no official stance on abortion but some hints they are for it.
2 - Democratic Labour Party (DLP) - nuke current home ownership and buying system, hates all renewable energy schemes to the point of also removing private solar schemes, loves traditional family to the point of paying for stay at home mothers, very good transport schemes such as removal fuel taxes and reducing public transport red tape and costs, redo healthcare system, hates abortion, undo degenerate government, no official gun statement but on official record with ssaa saying current laws are ok but need to be reduced slightly (2019).
3 - Pauline Hanson's One Nation - reduce immigration, climate change is crap, likes the current gun system, hates covid stuff, hates abortion
4 - Liberal Democratic Party - hates tax and super, anti speech regulation, hates covid stuff, wants bill of rights, anti nanny state, only cares about government regulation and has no policies for anything else.
5 - United Australia Party (UAP) - cap homeloan interest to tiny amounts and make part of it tax deductible, pro nuclear, remove all small business restrictions, hates lockdown and covid stuff, remove national cabinet (the un elected law makers), hates tech giants, pro constitution, no gun stance and has gone out of way to not have one, no official abortion stance but historically on record against it
6 - Family First Victoria - essentially light weight Christians just wanting to remove all degeneracy, have very few other policies but are very aggressive about removal of current government systems due to moral reasons and for traditional family values
7 - Restore Democracy Sack Dan Andrews Party - Hates dan andrews, wants government to fix government, hates socialists, hates dans woke stuff but does not elaborate on it, lots of important policies not listed
8 -Freedom Party of Victoria - not much listed, pro freedom and anti government, pro rewarding old people with welfare because they wasted their entire life not earning wealth, make large profitable business from the covid lock down era pay for the debt
9 - Legalise Cannabis Victoria - doesn't care about anything other than cannabis
10 - Sustainable Australia Party - Stop Overdevelopment/Corruption - climate change fags, loves the abo dick, wants population control but wants to reduce immigration, socialists, pro abortion without saying it, no change to gun laws
11 - Companions and Pets Party - it's as if furries made a party except instead of dressing up in suits and hanging out with each other they are hanging out with actual animals, climate fags, pretty much nothing meaningful on their policy page
12 - Angry Victorians Party - loves the current system, accepted covid as real but wants to undo all government actions, likes the current gun system and police, for abortion, love aboriginal dick
13 - New Democrats - no information on party but info on leader exists, is hindu and a woman, loves covid dick
14 - Transport Matters Party - just more degenerate socialist fags, but want more cyclists on the road for you to hit and be sued over
15 - Derryn Hinch's Justice Party - easily the gayest party on this list, want heavy penalties for heavy crimes, equality fags, loves euthanasia
16 - Liberal Party of Australia – Victorian Division - globalists, socialists, degenerates
17 - National Party of Australia - Victoria - waste of time globalists
18 - Australian Labor Party - Victorian Branch - globalists, socialists, degenerates
19 - Health Australia Party - hates current medical system and law, hates fluoride... hangon, no point going on, absolutely hates gun ownership
20 - Victorian Socialists - lol
21 - The Australian Greens - Victoria - degenerate, socialists, hippies, satans anal glands
22 - Fiona Patten's Reason Party - is a woman, hates Christianity, pro abortion, oh god you don't want to know the rest, vomit
23 - Animal Justice Party - degenerate hippies

Another ruined grape harvest     (Australia)

Had 16 active vines this year. Each one grew a tonne of bunches and despite the dry ass summer, I managed to keep them watered. Almost every bunch was full and growing healthily. But none ripened. Messed up weather. Leaves are now dropping and the grapes are starting to shrivel on the vine. Lots of people down here are have had similar problems. Same thing happened last year as well to every one.

Worst year for fruit this year regardless. Lots of berries though. Always have a variety of food sources.

Serious question, how do you define what a white person is.     (whatever)

submitted by AnmanIndustries to whatever 2.1 years ago

I made a comment recently somewhere that stated no one could confirm for me what it meant to be white and got a lot of down votes. Not fussed, but only one person actually gave a direct answer and it was not a detailed or elaborate answer though.

I have asked this question multiple times from different people on this site but have never received the same answer. Often I am accused of being a jew or a nigger or something, you know the usual response, but that's just deflecting. I want to collate all the serious answers I get to help understand the differences in peoples opinions.

If you say it's a europium person, which European border and why? How far back in time do you consider it the right border? How much of a mix can you be before you are not considered European? How do you explain the the sudden off switch that occurs to people who are on the direct opposite side of this border. How do you consider the immigration and variation over thousands of years. How far back in your ancestry do you stop looking?

If European is not your specific point of reference, then what is it? Skin colour? How do you define the skin colour? many asians have light skin, how do you specifically remove them? If it is genetics, which genetics and how do you account for everything above? Do you apply your position on people based solely on looks and why? Why do you not wait fora genetic report from a lab to confirm their genetics? Which specific genes are you looking for? If you believe these genes need to be isolated to create a pure white race, how do you treat the lack of genetic diversity that always leads to degradation?

Do you consider the previous positions such as Italians not being white. Some people do not consider slavs white, is this a cultural, genetic or European border thing. How do you account for the changes in culture of thousands of years, conquered cultures, border/land expansions that come with the culture change and other things that change genetics and borders and the ways people live over thousands of years.

I will ignore anyone that doesn't give me an actual answer.

Good to see some medical centers not caving in. At the bottom are good summaries.

"In Kara Le’s case (- C2022/301 - Le v Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd), Kara Le was REFUSED to be Injected BECAUSE she attended for Injection at the Mymedical Health Centre Kirrawee, NSW and the Injecting Practitioner REFUSED TO INJECT, because it is UNLAWFUL for ANYBODY to be Covid-Injected (involuntarily with threats of coercion or intimidation of being employment terminated) under THE Federal Health Department ‘Australian Immunisation Handbook Criterion 2. for Valid Consent."

Stores over the last two years. Rambling commentary.     (Australia)

submitted by AnmanIndustries to Australia 2.3 years ago

Did some big shopping today around the place, been a long time and over due. Ended up walking out of a bunch of stores because of no mask or refusing to sign in, but interestingly the only item I was not able to acquire was a pair of specialty gloves that I didn't have time to look in another store for because baby stuff.

My nearby NQR has not once in the last 2 years ever forced any government retard thing and they're always happy to serve regardless. They have never even mentioned a single thing about it and I go in there frequently. Total tools on the other hand, always 100% living up to their name. Even every bunnings I have walked into after the initial government push last year has given up.PJs pets tarded up. Pet stock were happy to take my money. Seems like only 1 out of the 6 within range specialty stores I wont describe, have been gun ho about it since the start. A couple of my usual spots posted a bunch of nonsense about it, but then told me personally they arent enforcing. Coles never once, but safeway have made comments, but never forced anything. Local IGA were all for it at first, but they have given up in entirety. However I believe this is mostly due to the population here. My father hilariously told big w front door woman to fuck off for letting a nigger in instead of him, because he needed to buy underwear (he is unvaxxed). But then he (unfortunately he isn't a smart man), had someone else go into the store for him to get them. No alcohol store has done anything, but I only visit two nearby ones and not very often. No stock feed place has ever done anything, with my local one confiding in me and my wife about the problems going on.

There is an interesting level of variety in what I am experiencing. But really, other than some minor delays in having to go to another store, not much fuss.
