this is a biological reaction that leads to a mental spiral. I will have to investigate Psilocbin. I've heard of it being therapeutic and have heard other people advocate for it during podcast episodes.

Getting a second phone and installing the app is your best option. Some of the phones are better with security than others (oneplus is better with security, can research others too) where you can limit what the app is allowed to access (such as contacts, location, phone, etc...)

Depending on your budget, it's best to get a 2nd phone that allows you to set permissions for individual apps.
