A group of French soldiers stormed the Bastille, the February Revolution was spearheaded by disaffected Russian soldiers, a one-eyed German officer kicked off the NSDAP regime, Fort Sumter, so on and so forth. It just needs to be a big enough action to be a substantial threat to the current government, that either strikes decisively enough or stays around long enough to garner support.
What side starts it is irrelevant. It's going to be spun into complete rhetorical nonsense by both sides regardless. That it started is the important part.

I can't see the chapter titles on media files except it started chapter 1. But you should click the links their audio files red in a very good voice at a good clip. It's actually one of the better readings I've heard of any book. Most are way too slow. If you have a streaming app you can actually stream it rather than download the file.
Downloaded and scanned good. Beware of the "Videos" folder when downloading. Click the "check all" box at the top left, then uncheck the "Videos" folder. A new "download" should pop up above. 4.73GB download, 80 chapters across 4 volumes. 36hrs 12min listening time.
Skipped around a few of the files, clean reading, clear enough to understand without any background noise or bullshit, not a top-notch professional reader though. Each chapter is its own file, which should make it easy for your audiobook app to read from, skip around, and report the proper chapter.
The names are a bit long, so using Bulk Rename Utility to chop off the front so that it only shows the volume/chapter would help for quickly identifying where you are at in the book.
Suggest removing the first 24 chars, then from 4-6, then from 11-15. So it should read "Vol 1 - Ch 01 - blahblahblah". If you name the folder you unzipped it into "The International jew" you lose no information.
