Russia demands USA tell them any information on attackers
USA confirm the attackers are ISIS from Tajikistan.
Russia ignore this. Try and tie muslim attackers to Ukraine who they previously called jew/nazi state.
3 days later Russia admit they are ISIS.
USA tell them to go fuck themselves about more information and Russia run back with their tail between their legs.
