https://barenakedislam.com/2024/02/12/while-attempting-to-banish-christianity-from-the-military-british-army-is-making-recruiting-commercials-that-promote-muslims-praying-to-allah-in-the-battlefield/

A new British Army recruitment video shows a Muslim soldier kneel for prayer as his comrades sit in respectful silence and keep watch nearby.

It is the latest installment in the Army’s £1.6 million ‘This is Belonging’ advertising campaign, which aims to show that the force can be “emotionally and physically” supportive of all recruits.

so they can't talk to their families. oh well, they are just stupid cattle to be used up and thrown out, right?

The destroyers don’t have wi-fi because of bandwidth limitations, which can make [talking to their families] harder [i.e. effectively impossible] for those crews.

https://sputnikglobe.com/20240125/russian-engineers-craft-uav-smart-enough-to-return-to-home-base-even-if-communication-lost-1116375905.html

The MiS-35 drone is designed in the form of a hexacopter, which consists of six propeller units.

A new, multi-rotor type, unmanned aerial vehicle comes equipped with a revolutionary system that enables it to return to its launching point even in situations where communication with the operator is completely lost due to electronic warfare systems.

It functions on the principles of inertial navigation without the use of GPS. The ‘Podvodyr’ system takes the drone out of EW range until the operator re-establishes communication,” the design bureau said.
