3 days before attack: Russia say USA information is false, designed to harm Russian

Incident occurs. Incompetent Russian police show up 1 hour after first shots fired, 30 minutes after terrorist leave.

Day after attack Russia find attackers 15 Belarus border.5 hours later they change location. Belarus confirm they were going to Belarus.

Russia demands USA tell them any information on attackers

USA confirm the attackers are ISIS from Tajikistan.

Russia ignore this. Try and tie muslim attackers to Ukraine who they previously called jew/nazi state.

3 days later Russia admit they are ISIS.

USA tell them to go fuck themselves about more information and Russia run back with their tail between their legs.

What an embarrassment of a country. The incompetence is mind boggling
