Fucking up the dynamic of the traditional relationship means men are unwilling to slave at grindingly mindless or dirty jobs because they do not have women and children to support. In the past a man would do what he had to in order to provide, now he can live fairly unencumbered and will take a lesser paying easier job that meets his lower financial needs.

In 1811, the U.S. Senate tied on a vote to renew the bank's charter. Vice President George Clinton broke the tie and voted against renewal. The bank's charter thus expired in 1811.
