What does Google do these days with respect to technology?     (technology)

I'm specifically referring to their software as it relates to Microsoft's software suite; like teams, o365 and outlook (FUCKING OUTLOOK!!), Etc.

Outlook is the superior way to use email. Gmail is a cluster fuck with slight advantages with AI. The reminder and calendar system Microsoft has is far superior to Google's and Google's malfunctions on top of all that by reminding me of shit that isn't happening for a week down the road.

And what in the hell is the deal with Google docs/sheets/etc. Make that shit functional and make an OFFLINE word freaking processor that simply syncs with Drive, like OneDrive does with Microsoft word. Microsoft is even beating google in collabor-freaking-ation tech with document editing. Completely dominating Google, hands down.

Google search isn't much better than Bing either, which I've been using since 2018ish, because it's not Google.

Something really bad must be happening at Google internally that they haven't made DESKTOP clients to use for their software. They used to have Google talk, Google desktop (this was amazing software btw, idk if anyone here used it), Picasa was awesome and I forget whatever else.

To top it all off, Microsoft also has the OPTION of using all of this in a web browser with nearly identical UIs...

Google has android and YouTube, and that's it. And I'd argue they don't even have YouTube; that trashy website is TV 2.0 and I never watch it unless someone sends me something specific (good chance it's cancer anyways) or I'm looking for something specific. I haven't surfed YouTube since 2013 and once in 2018. And as a side note on Android, I just bought a new non-vanilla android phone for the first time and it's missing basic features like multiple profiles, can't find out how to use both sim card slots (the second 1 appears to be a holder only), camera doesn't take quality photos/videos (in current year no less), no removable battery, out of date OS by a year. Getting real tired of these problems.

Microsoft could use some work with sithcing together SharePoint and and other file sharing services, as I always get lost navigating those and remember which log in goes where, and then there are permission requests for some of the seemingly separate sites.

But damn, Microsoft even acquired GitHub... Why Google didn't do that blows my mind. Probably something to do with pajeet taking over as Google CEO (which btw was ONLY a token of "what one Indian can accomplish if they come to America" in order for Google to get competition going in India so people work harder for less; they do the same thing with the Chinese (the US government does this same thing)).

Could type more but I'm out of time.

Google sucks and is almost entirely a propaganda outlet for the US government now.
