More than just the battery.. although the battery is a huge issue.
I had an iPad that just stopped working overnight. Took it to the FagBar and they told me they didn't know what was wrong with it.
At this point do we really believe that new versions of software that literally say "increases efficiency" are going to significantly slow down devices they already run on?
I'm pissed about the iPad.. that was 450 dollars and I used it to fly drones and as a screen for my workout equipment. Never been dropped. Never been wet. Never abused. Used maybe 150 times total in 2-3 years... but now we have $1600 phones that we use all day every day with a battery that starts to fail after around 800 charges or 2 years of typical use. I've found that the batteries in practice are a lot less durable than they are on paper, and I'm one of those people who tries to charge from 15% to 85% and keep the battery under 30degrees.

I'm honestly disgusted with how blatant this shit is, but no one cares to learn how this stuff works so they know when they are being scammed. Even when I explain it they just shrug and go back to staring at kikebook.
