Looks like my smartphone is not recieving any updates or patches.

Is it no longer safe to use?

It was never safe to use.

Probably safer than a new smartphone.

What have you got on your phone?

Nothing is safe on a cell phone.

Many claim to be safe...but I would still not consider getting one:

If I absolutely had to, it would be a burner phone.

It's a Conde Nast site. Are you endorsing kike sites?

Ok, dude. It's all a psyop. Use your unpatched phone.

Define "safe"

Hacking / viruses.

Well,if you mean "hacking" as in someone stealing your information, that's a big no. Government has backdoors into everything at the hardware level. And anyone who knows about the backdoors can use them too. So no piece of hardware is truly "safe". So if that's what you're worried about, then rest easy. You're not safe and never were.

Safe? Who knows. How will you be using it? Older phones are 3G, which isn't available anymore. Here's a map off all the coverage for all carriers: https://www.nperf.com/en/map/US/-/3255.Verizon-Wireless/signal/?ll=34.52466147177175&lg=-86.8798828125&zoom=5
