Israel furious as Poland signs law limiting property rights for foreigners     (www.fr24news.com)

https://www.fr24news.com/a/2021/08/israel-furious-as-poland-signs-law-limiting-property-rights.html

The Polish president decided to sign a bill that would limit the ability of Jews to recover property seized by German Nazi occupiers and kept by post-war Communist rulers, sparking anger from Israel who called the law of “anti-Semite”.
“I made a decision today on the act, which in recent months has been the subject of heated and noisy debate at home and abroad,” Andrzej Duda said in a statement released on Saturday. .

“After careful analysis, I decided to sign the amendment. “

Before World War II, Poland was home to one of the largest Jewish communities in the world, but it was almost completely wiped out by the Nazis, and the former Jewish owners and their descendants campaigned for compensation.

Until now, Jewish expatriates or their descendants could claim that a property had been illegally seized and demand its return, but the Polish authorities argued that this created uncertainty about the ownership of the property.

Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid criticized the decision, ordering the country’s charge d’affaires return to Warsaw on Saturday.

“Poland approved today, not for the first time, an immoral and anti-Semitic law,” Lapid said in a statement on Saturday.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett called the law “shameful” and said it showed “a shameful disregard for the memory of the Holocaust”.

Israel was joined by the United States in its opposition to the legislation, and Lapid said Israel was in talks with the Americans on other plans of action.

also here, if you have telegram, interesting comments, if not, here are some:
One with Greek username says they burn in Greece to install wind farms too.
"In Greece the same thing is being done right now. The actual purpose of the fires."

There is a poor excuse for this, that trees were cut down over 20 years
"According to the government agency Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS), 14 million trees were cut down to make way for wind farms in Scotland, but this had occurred over 20 years.", if true at all.

The Hungarian government has informed the EU it has no business telling Hungarians how to raise their kids following the globalist body’s interference over the teaching of LGBT issues in schools.     (ussanews.com)

https://ussanews.com/News1/2021/08/04/hungary-tells-eu-it-has-no-business-telling-hungarians-how-to-raise-their-kids/

A law passed by Hungary’s National Assembly last month ensured that sex education in schools “must not be aimed” at “promoting homosexuality” or “changing gender,” according to ruling party Fidesz.

The law also bans showing children under the age of 18 material related to homosexuality or transgenderism on television, movies or in advertisements.

This triggered the unelected European Commission, which launched two infringement procedures against the law, while the leaders of the EU’s 17 biggest countries reacted by penning a letter arguing the legislation represented a violation of “fundamental rights.”

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also labeled the law “a disgrace,” claiming it “uses the protection of children as an excuse to discriminate against people because of their sexual orientation.”

It was even alleged that the EU was deliberately withholding coronavirus relief funds from Hungary as punishment.

Last month, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced that a national referendum on the law would be held, cementing the right of the Hungarian people to assert a sovereign say in how their country is run.

Hungary has now hit back at the “unprecedented attacks” it is under from the EU over the issue by asserting that the manner in which children are educated is the “exclusive right of Hungarian parents.”

Hungary’s Justice Minister Judit Varga released a statement vowing to stand up to “interference” from Brussels bullies.

“Hungary has been attacked on an unprecedented scale only because the protection of children and families is our priority, and in view of this, we are unwilling to let [the] LGBTQ lobby into our schools and kindergartens,” Ms Varga wrote.

“How Hungarian children are raised is the exclusive right of Hungarian parents. Brussels cannot interfere in that. According to all fundamental documents of the EU that Hungary has ever adopted, signed [and] ratified, raising children remains a national competence,” she added.

Hungary’s position is in complete accordance with Article 14 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, which gives member states, “The freedom to found educational establishments with due respect for democratic principles and the right of parents to ensure the education and teaching of their children in conformity with their religious, philosophical, and pedagogical convictions shall be respected, in accordance with the national laws governing the exercise of such freedom and right.”

A benchmark of how the Hungarian people feel about the LGBT movement can be judged from the treatment of a rainbow-colored statue erected in Budapest in April by leftist activists in honor of Black Lives Matter.

It was demolished within 24 hours.

Frenchman to be tried for erecting dummy guillotines with names of politicians who support Macron’s health pass      (www.rt.com)

https://www.rt.com/news/530767-france-dummy-guillotine-case/

A man in France has been charged with threatening politicians by attaching their names to makeshift guillotines. He claimed it was in protest at the country’s Covid-19 restrictions.

A 50-year-old man from the southwestern Landes region will be tried in October for making “death threats against public officials,” a local prosecutor’s office said.

The suspect, who was identified through CCTV footage and detained on Thursday, set up dummy guillotines in the towns of Saint-Sever, Samadet, and Geaune last week. Sheets of paper with the names of 382 mayors were attached to the devices.

The listed officials had all put their names to a recent opinion piece in the Le Journal du Dimanche newspaper, in which they had “saluted the courage” of the decisions made by President Emmanuel Macron, including the introduction of a health pass.

The suspect was quoted by the AFP news agency as saying the guillotines were made of wood and cardboard, and not intended to be perceived as a death threat. He said he wanted to “alert the mayors to the violations of fundamental freedoms by the government’s decisions” during the pandemic.

Zionist Occupational Government: Ukraine's parliament criminalizes revisionism, making it illegal to criticize jews!     (www.jurist.org)

https://www.jurist.org/news/2021/09/ukraine-approves-bill-punishing-acts-of-anti-semitism/#

Ukraine’s parliament passed a bill defining anti-Semitism on Wednesday, establishing a punishment for transgressions.

The Draft Law on Prevention and Counteraction to Anti-Semitism in Ukraine, Law No. 5109 (the Bill), was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada after it passed the second reading by 276 votes in the affirmative, reaching the 226 votes required. The bill now moves to President Vladimir Zelenskiy, who has Jewish parents, to be signed into law.

The bill defines anti-Semitism as “a certain perception of Jews, which is expressed as hatred towards them.”

The Law prohibits, among other things, the “denial of the right to self-identification”; “justifying the killing or harm of person of Jewish origin … through radical ideological beliefs”; making “false, stereotypical, hateful and offensive statements about people of Jewish origin”; and the “denial of the persecution and mass extermination of Jews during World War II,” more commonly known as the Holocaust.

The bill adds civil liability to criminal liability that presently exists under Article 161 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code. Article 161 prohibits willful acts of inciting hatred or the restriction of rights based on another’s race, religious beliefs, place of origin, and other enumerated grounds; the criminal punishment for which is a prison term of two to five years.

The Constitution of Ukraine recognizes the rights of Ukrainian citizens to “freedom of world view and religion,” including the freedom to conduct religious activity. The law seeks to regulate more narrowly limiting acts in relation to Judaism and anti-Semitism. The bill comes less than a month before the 80th anniversary of the Babi Yar massacre, where 34 000 Jews from Kyiv were killed within a 48-hour period when the capital city was under Nazi control.

Toll Paid: Rwandan kills race traitor Catholic priest who was sheltering him and giving him food and lodging as he awaited trial for Nantes Cathedral arson      (www.dailymail.co.uk)

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9876513/Catholic-priest-murdered-France-Rwandan-believed-set-fire-destroyed-cathedral.html

French politicians reacted with fury today after a Rwandan refugee allegedly murdered a Roman Catholic priest who was giving him shelter.

Emmanuel Abayisenga, 40, was on bail and awaiting trial for setting fire to Nantes Cathedral last year when today he reportedly confessed to the killing of 60-year-old Father Olivier Maire in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre earlier this morning.

The horrific crime immediately provoked outrage across France, with one politician saying 'an illegal immigrant' can 'set fire to a Cathedral, not be expelled and then reoffend by murdering a priest'.

Another, French senator Bruno Retailleau, asked: 'What was this man still doing in France?'

In an act of compassion, Olivier had welcomed Abayisenga - a devout Catholic - into his community of missionaries in May when he was released from prison on bail.

'He was recently placed under judicial control, and went to live in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre,' said an investigating source. 'He is said to have carried out the killing on Monday morning, before handing himself into police.

'Early evidence suggests he beat his victim to death,' the source added.

Abayisenga was living with the Montfortian community, which is made up of missionaries devoted to Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort.

Local prosecutors are leading the investigation, indicating the killing is not being treated as an act of terrorism. BFM TV reported the Rwandan had received treatment in a psychiatric hospital during July.

Following today's attack, French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin tweeted: 'All my support for the Catholics of our country after the dramatic murder of a priest in the Vendée region.'

It was while working as a parish volunteer in Nantes in 2020 that Abayisenga, who arrived in France in 2012, set fire to the medieval Cathedral, causing millions of pounds worth of damage.

The worst damage to Saint Peter and Saint Paul's, which took 400 years to complete, was the 'complete destruction' of the Organ, which dated back to 1621.

Stained glass in part of the building also popped out because of the heat of the blaze.

Abayisenga was still awaiting trial for the Nantes Cathedral arson, but was bailed from prison in May.

Conditions including surrendering his passport, and remaining in France, but he was otherwise free to travel.

Father Olivier, the head of the Montfortian community, had agreed to take Abayisenga in, giving him food and lodging.
