Kind of the same is happening in the states. But for drug addicts.Mother lived in an "elderly community" type of apartment building and then one day a new property company sent her a letter saying that the bought the building and if you leave by the end of the month we will give back the rent you paid for the month of october with an extra $500 on top. If you choose to stay and extend your lease the rent will be raised to 1200 a month. Forunantely she was able to zip the hell out of there but the remaining tenants (3) before they were able to get out told her stories that i couldnt believe.

Its a drug rehabilitaion/halfway house sort of place now. and even though its supposed to be rehabilition these people are raoming free outside getting high and drunk, prostitues coming over , I dont who is supposed to be watching these people but they were not doing their job.

Any how its all funded by the state so of course the fucking degenertes can live there for free and the property owner get more money. Win win /s

I hope the residents of this nursing home in the article were able to move in with their families, I hope the church loses all of its donations and local volunteers and I hope the people that live in that area remember what this organization did to their community when some refugee nigger inevitably burns it down.

Ohhh like last year when we ( ha) had to have a public meeting about using covid money to clear out some vacant wooded area and now there are these mystery apartments being built. Pretty sure it's going to be section 8 apts to wash the covid funds.
