They confronted him, but he tried to get away. So they tried to make a "citizen arrest" which was perfectly legal then and there. But Ahmaud Aubery resisted the Arresst so violently that one of the guys arresting him got his shotgun out from his truck. The Nigger kept attacking the guys and tried to get control over the gun. Only then was he shot. Police was callked by the shooters. the person in question was a well known shoplifter in the area and had stolen workboots on him when confronted.
