But the new hobby of turning nigger movies in to White movies is going to pick up, so prices will stay a bit high.

The price of most physical things will drop. Food and energy will not.

[ - ] GoldenAgeWhen 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 16, 2022 22:26:55 ago (+0/-0)

I agree in the short term. This coupled with the cost of labor will close production of some things, which will in turn make those sectors very expensive.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 12:12:20 ago (+0/-0)

Energy is already dropping, demand is lower than anticipated which means there's excess production. This will lower prices, and the things that are manufactured with that energy will reflect the lower energy prices in 3-6 months.

this is a temporary. Due to capital leaving europe for safety and strong dollar. It wont last long. If you can afford it buy physical assets now or soon. I dont see this admin keeping energy cheap, if that was their goal we'd be pumping oil like crazy instead of closing up pipelines. If they actually wanted to hurt russia they would be doing this as well.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 19:22:56 ago (+0/-0)

Russia is a smokescreen, there is no energy shortage, there is an energy tax, we don't follow the money around here do we. Oh well.

I am open to hearing more if you want to share. Not a call out, honestly open to more info.

I already told you, follow the money, you're a big boy. What is the point of fake green energy? What is the point of fake climate change hysteria? Green new deal costs a lot of green doesn't it? Why don't you tell me what you think. It's not fair if the conversation is one sided.

[ - ] Version6 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 19:41:45 ago (+0/-0)

In my mind there are many factors at play but I will take a stab at it. Well as best as I can tell the "green economy" is just a money making scheme, one where money is moved from traditional energy over to the "environmentalists". First they used the idea of global warming, then peak oil, now carbon and nitrogen. Meanwhile taxing carbon as a method of control. Its also my belief that there is a concerted effort to make russia and china the new capital center of the world. Between chinas population and russias resources there is a ton of money to be made there but they currently lack capital in order to make it all happen. So money is being moved from here to there...

China's economy depends heavily on the strength of the dollar, so does everyone really. Most of China's wealth is tied up in U.S. bonds, so if the U.S. economy tanks, all of China's assets go to shit, and basically anyone who invested in China gets fucked.

So then do you think that the brics currency that has been floated is real or bullshit? More to the point do you believe nations have any real sovereignty left or are they just playing thier part?

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 20:20:15 ago (+0/-0)

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, it wouldn't be easy to implement without fucking themselves over. If they're willing to do that, well, that might set off something of a conflict.

Graphics cards prices have been falling hard already.

This should send the prices into a tailspin.

Mining is absolutely retarded. Even the morons at etherium figured that out.

[ - ] GoldenAgeWhen 2 points 2.6 yearsSep 16, 2022 22:25:11 ago (+2/-0)

Eth is now positioned to be taken over by institutions (communists) and governments (communists) now that it isn't tethered to the scarcity of gpus and rigs.

[ - ] GeneralDisarray 1 point 2.6 yearsSep 16, 2022 23:38:57 ago (+1/-0)

The crypto market did t like the merge.

Lots of sellers and shorts now.

It has been damaging for the price already. This won't end well.

[ - ] GoldenAgeWhen 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 08:31:13 ago (+0/-0)

The whole point of crypto was that the "little guy" could have a democratic say in the path of the code (their wealth). The 51% issue was always on the table, and now you can 51% eth by spending money which has higher friction the lower on the ladder you are.

[ - ] tz53 1 point 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 02:31:11 ago (+1/-0)*

Mining isn't retarded. Mining is quite literally how you stay decentralized. Ethereum is headed to a FAR more centralized path by going to proof of stake. You want to control ethereum, just buy coins and NO ONE will even know. You want to 51 percent bitcoin, you have to buy up a ton of asics and the physical locations to mine. Everyone will see it coming.

Perhaps you're one of the fucking kikes pushing kike fed dollars which control all the whites in the us and europe and you think dollars are the way. Fuck off with that kike bullshit. Crypto is literally the only thing that can save us now.

They had to fall hard, they already have the next gen cards sitting in warehouses, those warehouses have rent and utility expenses. The longer they sit in the warehouse and the higher the energy costs the more money they lose. The demand destruction that price gouging of the 3000 cards had means they're still trying to move old stock while withholding the release of the new stock in the aforementioned warehouses.

Check out Gamer's Nexus video on the matter as they talked directly to the CEO of EVGA about their decision: https://piped.kavin.rocks/watch?v=cV9QES-FUAM

I think the CEO is acting a bit too unreasonably. He should at least consider partnering with AMD or even intel to make their graphics cards. His rash decision to make no more graphics cards could ultimately sink the company, which sucks for us as well because EVGA has actually been a very good company.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 12:17:56 ago (+0/-0)

They still make motherboards, they still make coolers, cases, sound cards, speakers, monitors, controllers, power supplies, do they really need to make graphics cards? Zotac is god tier graphics card manufacturer anyway, most of their stuff works well and is priced competitively.

[ - ] oyy_veyy_goyy 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 12:48:23 ago (+0/-0)

Nearly 80% of their revenue was from graphics cards, so it may not be the best decision to leave that market behind entirely. As for Zotac, I've heard mixed reviews about that company. I had a Zotac card in the past, and I can't really complain other than the memory on the card wasn't as overclockeable compared to other models. Maybe it was just the GPU in particular I had, I dunno.

This is the start of stagflation.

[ - ] Merlynn 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 07:11:37 ago (+0/-0)

They keep saying crypto is "dying" and "get ready for cheap video cards" and it never happens.

Attaching the word "mining" to any cyber quest or acquisition is a gross disfigurement of the proper term...mining is the movement of earth and stone so as to recover or uncover a desired aggregate, element, gem or bitumenous product...dumb fucks and their terminology.

[ - ] Weredawg 3 points 2.6 yearsSep 16, 2022 17:16:26 ago (+3/-0)

Maybe they saying it like they're claiming the shitcoin. Mining, making it mine.

[ - ] tz53 0 points 2.6 yearsSep 17, 2022 02:35:22 ago (+0/-0)

Dumb jew cucks call kikes creating us dollars with their banks and central bank printing even though hardly any new money is printed. It's literally over 95% digital...just jew clicks of a keyboard giving loans to their kike buddies and expanding the money supply. Lots of kike cucks here just love that system though not realizing bitcoin and crypto is quite literally our only safety out of a kiked to fuck all world.
