I just recently got back into gaming. It used to be 4 CD's, 100 hours of gaming (ff7 or ff8). Now one game, 80GB, around 15 hours and it's done, with often not all to much replay value.
Or when DLC's came out years after the initial release, completely free.
Oh I like it. Also best games are those that don't install anti cheat software that is malware and can never be deleted from your computer because it gets installed on a kernel level.
It's always 3-5 years. Short enough to cause fear, long enough not to cause immediate panic, and also long enough to be forgotten when then time comes.
Mass death due to the clot shot have been predicted over and over here. While there might be an increase in deaths, the real massive amounts predicted has yet to happen.
Very large corporations are buying up the houses and then renting them out. What ever the listing price is, be prepared to pay a lot more than asking price.
Building new houses has become very expensive as well. Partly due to inflated building material cost, and also due to too high building requirements in the building code.
Do you use that lawn for anything? Or do you just look at it and cut it?
Put in a garden.
If you are set for grass, try finding a grass variety suitable to your soil condition.
That is not my home area. Drove there only to observe the eclipse. I live in northern Ontario. I like it because of the vast forests, endless lakes, and relatively few people. The Canadian shield makes from some interesting landscapes.
But i also hate it here because it get so darn cold in the winter, and winter is so damn long. The older i get the more i hate the cold. I would love to move somewhere warmer.
