Place in Georgia called “Battle and Brew” and they did a really good job. Place was a little overpriced but definitely neat and filled all the needs. Look it up or visit sometime for perspective
Just want to share some perspective on unions from what I’ve seen.
Worked for Honeywell, making ring laser gyros for planes/bombs (navigational tech).
Union was due for new contract. To prepare, Honeywell paid a bunch of dumb niggers from all over the country to fly in and prepare the unions replacement. Paid for all their airfare, food, hotel, plus a wage that matched or exceeded the union employees.
These were some dumb fucking niggers, their career is literally working with these “scab” agencies and flying around the country to replace striking unions.
The battle is between how much a corporation is willing to lose in production and how long a striking worker can go with reduced wages. Given that much of the union is a bunch of lowly niggers, that probably isn’t long. Perhaps that’s a corporate strategy to hiring or maybe just the state of the modern workforce. Nepotism is always a factor into hiring as well (More lowly niggers).
In the case of Honeywell, they were willing to spend a fucking shit load of money to battle the union. One of the line supervisors told me they were hoping the union would strike, because then they’d be able to replace the shitty workers and rehire the good ones.
In the end, union leadership caved to the third offer, which was shittier than the first two. Corporate kept reducing the offer every week.
It was hard to paint a picture of who was the bad guy/good guy.
Unions have become weak and are only as good as the people in them. I think much of the best and brightest have chosen careers that don’t have unions, leaving mostly shit workers to fill them. Obviously there are exceptions.
I’ve seen multiple unions take on a work ethic that’s goal is to literally work as slow as possible, so as to keep standards to a minimum.
In the end, it’s our collective society that makes up the ethics/integrity of corporations and unions alike. Garbage in, garbage out. They both hate eachother and they should.
This was somewhat of a ramble and I’m not trying to teach you anything, just posting to share perspective.
I went to a doctor last year for a similar issue, and his go-to was prescribing an allergy medicine (I’ve never had allergies before).
A regular doctor is limited to what they know and can do. My guy said he’d recommend me to their ENT if I wanted a scope. The point is, the doctor doesn’t know shit except to prescribe meds, so really you should be pushing to get an ACTUAL expert (specialist) involved.
For me, allergy meds didn’t work so now I’m going to the next level of care. Hope that makes sense, and good luck.
There are staffing agencies who target that demographic and leverage their competitive pricing to those industries. I’m sure the “charities” just point them to these staffing businesses. These cheaper staffing agencies will have bilingual workers and will overlook certain forms and criteria to get the noncitizen to work.

Just started watching it last week. I think it’s pretty funny. Slightly cheesey but the humor makes up for it.

This is basically the plot of the latest mission impossible. I thought it was a decent movie, especially for a free inflight movie.

If you haven’t gotten a scope by an ENT yet, you’re doing it wrong.
