I have this sinus thing going on. It’s ruuining my life. It’s hard to even explain. It’s been going on for 2 months. Iv gone to doctors 5 or 6 times and they say we don’t know. I’m not allergic to anything Iv never had allergies. I looked for mold I don’t see any. I don’t sleep anymore ever unless I’m black out hammered. I’m drunk now. I don’t even want to be drunk: I want to sleep. Iv cried a lot. Cause I’m losing my mind. Idk what to do anymore, I’m bitching cause I’m praying somebody has an answer and nobody does. Give me something give me something give me something give me something

No. I think it might finally be gone. I don’t wanna jinx it. Last night was the first night I slept like I used to. I woke up feeling like I was reborn. It’s been 8 weeks since I slept properly. 8 weeks of drinking myself to sleep. Thanks for responding though. I was so desperate I was telling everyone just hoping somebody could tell me something
I agree with secrethitler. You need to explain your sinus problem a little better. Your nose is running alot I take it? Is there alot of pain at night? Like pressure? I assume an ENT looked up your nose. Did you get an MRI? Have you tried nettipots? Snorting salt water helps some people. Did they swab your sinus? Sometimes these things are fungal. An antifungal would be a cure in such a case. I think fungal sinusitis is a symptom of diabetes. Is it possible you have the beetus? Have you tried antihistimines? Have you tried an air filter?
Try a nettie pot to flush out your face and a good antiviral medicine like ivermectin. I recently had covid for the third time and my sinuses were fucked up for over a month. Get the bacteria cleaned out and boost your immune system. As a fellow alcoholic I prefer to self medicate with a good buzz as well, but you know damn well that shit isn't helping you get better. It's prolonging the suffering for some immediate relief
An allergy can come on at anytime. There is no way you saw 4-5 doctors in two months. I’ve dealt with allergies all my life, much longer than two months. I take Sudafed daily. Two at night, on in the morning. Also, a combo of Flonase and Claritin, daily, as needed, can be very helpful as well. Generics are suitable for the above. If that doesn’t work, I’ve got some dick pics.

I went to the doctor 5 times 4 different people. I sleep 5 hours which is about the best I get every third day. One time i got smashed chugging whiskey. Chugging it. I probably passed out for an hour 2 at most. Woke up still hammered. I would give up ever single dollar in my bank account to feel like I felt before. I lived my whole life and this never happened and now it is and these doctors tell me they don’t see a problem like iim fucking crazy. The other day I kept sniffing my nose so many times I got a nose bleed and it was the best I felt in a week. Spitting out blood was the best Iv felt in so long. I can’t do this the rest of my life. I can’t. I can’t do it. I can’t
[ - ] GreenSaint [op] 1 point 8 monthsOct 7, 2024 19:10:50 ago (+1/-0)
You know what I’m gonna do. I’m just gonna blow my brains out. Then I can sleep. It’s destroying my life. You know that thing when you’re doing nothing. Maybe you’re laying in bed waxthicng videos. Bullshitting absent minded. No stress just chilling out. That doesn’t exist for me for the last two months.
If you need a knockout, Nyquil is very effective and will pause the sinuses. It wont fix a damn thing, but it can be an effective relief w/ deep sleep. Take dose, drink water, wait 20m, you can feel the drowsy hold take, then embrace it and zzzzzz Its the antihistamine that knocks you out I hear.
NyQuil was designed( side note my phone knew what NyQuil was and capitalized all the words there’s probably some corruption there fucking cunts anyways) to dry out your sinuses. Mine are dried out taking NyQuil Would amplify it except I would be drugged so it would be torture basically. If you have a wet cough which is the common cold they give you shit like DayQuil if you have a dry cough which is sorta serious they give you codeine. Sorry I’m drunk yea. Anyways

Alcohol is inflammatory and compounds on your sinus inflammation.
Pour saline 4 times a day. Lots of vitamin C. Use camphor to unblock sinus airways to sleep. Have tea constantly. This is on top of any medicine you'll take.

Idk what cmmphor is I’ll look it up. You gave me the best advice iv gotten so far. When I’m not working I’ll stop drinking I work 7 on 7 off. When I’m not working I stop drinking cause I don’t have to wake up for anything . I don’t even want to be drinking. I get hammered to pass out. I feel like the first human in history to have this problem. I feel like I’m alone. I feel like nobody cares and nobody understands. It’s slowly ripping apart my life and I don’t know what to do I’ll definitely try what you’re saying
Try a specialist ENT (Ear Nose Throat) CT scan, to check for blockages, infections, structural issues
Allegedly Immunology specialist - for special case responses
Arm & Hammer saline nasal rinse.
It could be Fungal Sinitius or Nasal polyps check with an ENT
Try a Mold Test kit, maybe from n Home Depot.
Get a UV-C air purifier it'll like mold, bacteria, etc.
Clean surfaces that might have mold, spray distilled white vinegar, or %3 hydrogen peroxide, or ten percent bleach and water. Then just leave for an hour.

If you have done antibiotics and steroids and they haven't helped. Stop immediately. You have a fungal or mold infection. As someone mentioned. Need to stop sugar and starch since mold and fungus love that. Think mold on bread. Stop dairy also until this clears up. Dairy sugar also feeds fungus and mold. For the remedy. Do a garlic nasal rinse and get some oregano oil. A teaspoon of oregano oil morning and night or a drop or two under the tongue. Can use a bit of water to get it down easier. Can buy garlic oil or make your own sinus rinse from a clover or garlic. Can look that up.

I had MRSA and it wrecked my life. But long before that, I had a head injury so bad I had shattered lenses in my eyes. Had the lenses replaced and see well, but the brain injury caused leakage down into the sinus cavity. I use about 30 tissues every day to clear my nose and throat, and probably will forever.
I went to an ent and they told me they’re booked up for two months so I went to another on call. I’m probably gonna go to one. I’m so tired of being in doctor offices
Many times docs forget, that Atrophic rhinitis can be caused by infection coming from roots of the upper teeth. roots of upper molars can extend into the sinus cavity, so any bacteria living there can enter sinuses... Some of bacteria are also the same species, good ENTdoc will check this. Would be good if you get a good RTG image of upper teeth too.
If you were snorting something (cocaine etc), don't forget to mention that to ENT doc, of at least hint it, or lie and say you were exposed in some toxic air environment for a short while. Maybe you even were, and that caused first damage.
Alcohol lowers your immune system, so you make it worse. Would be good to live very healthy, until you get that ENT, so that you can get healed totally. good luck.
They look up your sinuses, maybe in your ear too. I've heard that everything's connected for quite a while. I've been using an Rx nasal spray and it cleared up my sinuses so I could breathe. My environment and diet definitely don't help, but I'll take some jew poison if it means I can breathe.
I went to a doctor last year for a similar issue, and his go-to was prescribing an allergy medicine (I’ve never had allergies before).
A regular doctor is limited to what they know and can do. My guy said he’d recommend me to their ENT if I wanted a scope. The point is, the doctor doesn’t know shit except to prescribe meds, so really you should be pushing to get an ACTUAL expert (specialist) involved.
For me, allergy meds didn’t work so now I’m going to the next level of care. Hope that makes sense, and good luck.
I don’t know how to describe the symptoms. I just have this constant urge. Like you know you inhale through your nose, like you’re clearing your sinuses to spit out a lugie. Loogie and it never goes away I could to it every 30 seconds and it won’t go away
Get a cool mist humidifier and put it in your bedroom near where you sleep and run it at night. You can also get some Vics vapor rub inserts for it. It works. It also has a place for essential oils. I have to use it. My sinus' have gotten really bad over the last ten years. If I don't have that thing on I can't sleep and my nose is stobbed off and my chest will get a little heavy and a little congestion. Walmart's got'em for like $25-30 bux.
The doc gave me the nasal spray and pills and none of that shit worked. I do take a few teaspoons of local honey every week as it seems to help a little. You can also have your doc to give you a nebulizer and do the inhale treatments every night. It will open your lungs up like a mofo.
Although I would never use one, you can get one of those 'Neti Pots'. A lot of people swaer by them.
Start swimming for 1/2 to 1 hour a day, preferably in a river. Push hard. Find the slow moving water and swim upstream, work your strength up til you can do the faster moving water.
Two weeks will see results, but don't stop. Make it a several times a week thing.
Also go for jogs, walks, hikes or bike rides in the rain every time it rains. Every time it rains.
Perhaps, something has compromised your immune system. Until you get a diagnosis start actively boosting your immune system. No more alcohol, get your vitamin D, expose yourself to more sunlight, eat more protein less sugar. Start a regular fitness routine, get as much sleep as you can. 5 hours is it, well then get 5 hours don’t use artificial means to sleep. Your immune system won’t improve over night but over time your immune system will improve or you’ll relieve the stress on it from what ever is affecting you. Unless you took the Covid vaccine, if that’s the case you’ve permanently ruined your immune system.
Doctors are morons. If you can get a run of amoxylin somewhere and take it as standard dose and length of time for any infection you might try that.
It can be a lung infection and other things. Did you try steaming over a pot of boiling water. Vicks vaporub under your nose. Or Eucalyptus in the pot of boiling water. Warn compresses over your cheekbones.
And of course snorting steralized water with dissolved salt in it.

Try sleeping in different areas. Like a hotel, a friend's house. This can help determine if it's the environment.
Find a good Chinese medicine place
Check the air quality is it too dry or moist? Can you sleep with the windows party open? Kill all the dust mites.
If you get a Neti Pot - only use distilled water.
Put air cleaning plants in your room.
Try eating kimchi and yogurt
Or
