I go to jail tonight

Jail is basically just time out for big boys, it's just boring.

I was sentenced to 30 days because the jew lawyer I hired did a shitty job. Literally a jew, his last name is Bernstein. He obsessively asked if I want to go to trial instead of a plea deal. It's a DUI, how do you win a trial?

I got the DUII in the stupidest way. I used Uber all night and walked home after my last stop. Was going through a bad break up and just recovered from cancer a a few months prior.

I saw a tow truck rolling around and went to go move my car on a rainy night. My car slid a bit from Fall leaves but possibly also the alcohol (No definitely), hit the fence entrance of the apartment complex I live at. Was like oh shit well just will park in my spot and tell them in the morning (200 ft away). A Karen called then cops instead of confronting me. I was already sleeping inside my place and my former friend/roommate LET the cops into our place and had me arrested. One of the biggest dipshits I've ever lived with.

So, as I am at fault and shouldn't have drove .2 miles, this is my repercussion I have to deal with.

What I'm always shocked though is that I've never seen the foreign shit skins in this country in jail as much as White people.

I have a damn good job, a good place, and my lawyer barely fought for any of those facts.

When you do small time you go to county Jail.

30-90 days jail is a summer camp. You might get in a fight, if you're a prick.
Mind your business, I barely spoke to anyone except old white people I played cards with.
There will be a chessboard and someone who always wants to play it, like annoyingly so.
They are pretty cool (if you like playing chess).
Sit in your rack and read books.
You can hold a shit in for about 2 weeks, but after that, you will need to poop (toilets are out in the open).
It's easier if you wait until everyone is asleep, but theres always that one asshole who will wake up and look right at you.

My roommate let them inside my house and he woke me up to them. They smelled booze on my breath and had me do a test and I failed.

If I had a good layer, this should have been a different case. My jew lawyer didn't try because he wanted me to be desperate for a trial rather than the current plea deal. I could tell he wasn't trying. I paid him upfront, and he kept saying, if we go to trial it will be more money and asked me if I wanted to go to trial with every conversation we had. He did not respect my opinion, and was obsessed with the trial aspect.

I know a guy, who was absolutely drinking and driving. He was beyond impaired as he usually is. So he gets into an accident with another vehicle and wrecks his beyond being able to drive it off. Gets out, grabs his cooler full of beer, sits down, cracks one open and proceeds to drink until the cops arrive.

He was issued a failure to yield ticket and had someone come pick him up. That's how it's done.

Jail is a lot worse than "time out" because you are not going to prison, you're going to County.
I've done minor stints... Six months for accessory after the fact, 90 days for civil disobedience - each was characterized by an overwhelmingly brown population and the realization that I needed to find constant reasons to stay away from the negros.

I don't know where you live but in county jail, race will likely be a problem.

The worst part is my roommate lied to me telling me the door was open and the cops let their selves in. Then I got the police report.

I asked him if he sticks with his story and he was like yeah, you should sue them.

The police story said he guided and let them in. My roommate then said "I didn't think you'd figure it out I'm so sorry bro".
