It doesn't seem to be a phishing scam trying to get me to click a link. There are two links in the message, one to reset a password and one to click on if you didn't request the code. Both of them actually point to facebook.com and not some other domain they tried to sneak in there meant to look official.
I don't have and have never had a facebook account. This is the only email I have from facebook in my entire inbox. There are no activation emails or them trying to spam me anything. I don't have an account for any of their services (facebook, instagram, whatsapp, oculus, metaverse, threads etc).
My best guess is that they have a shadow profile for me that they created on their own and I got caught up in some bulk hacking attempt from some Chinese people with a list of email addresses. But if someone has a good explanation, any insights would be appreciated.
After breaking trains simply because an independent repair shop had worked on them, NEWAG is now demanding that trains fixed by hackers be removed from service.
