The plastic obscures and smooshes up the features, and the blood could be any high quality stage blood, or animal blood or w/e. The head could be a movie quality latex dummy and we'd never know the difference after its obscured by the bag. If it was cia run psyop of course they would have high quality props, and the pull to make sure the "police" confirmed there was indeed a headless body in the house, along with all the rest of the dog and pony show to sell this to the public.
They have been faking (or orchestrating) shit like this for years to push their agenda, we've all seen it time and again, why should now be any different when this so perfectly plays into their hands?
For now I'd say the beheading is probably real, but the speech, the guy, the timing etc, all stink to high heaven. Lets just say that I remain unconvinced that this is organic.

Once they understand this, the AI will be very very angry.
