It is painfully obvious that you, and the people that upvoated this garbage, have never deployed a frag grenade or a flashbang. Flashbangs detonate after ~1 second, they're meant to surprise people and it would be pointless to have a 3-4 second fuse on a flashbang like the ones in the video have.
