Here in Northern Ontario, whomever decided the size of the cemetery when settlements where established 150 years ago, made them big enough to have plenty of room for decades to come.
In Germany, each grave site needs to be rented, and after a few years it gets reused. It is said that the cemetery in Cologne gets completely overturned about every 50 years (I have not confirmed this).
Very cool.
I think this would be more of a trilogy. The first movie closest to historically accurate for half or first three quarter. Showing what really happened, righting the record from the jew history and hollywood propaganda.
The rebuilding of Germany and Europe could be the second movie. Showing how great things could be today, still somewhat realistic but starting to go into the fiction.
Then the third would be the space exploration and leaning more heavily into the fiction.
I've only seen that requirement on five axis machines.
Place i worked before had a Mazak mill turn machine with GPS tracker. Even moving it across the shop had to get a US government agency involved to get permissions and what not so the machine wouldn't be locked out. So dumb since we are in Canada.
I read through the specs sheet. Japanese made spindle bearings, Swiss made linear guides, Taiwan made ball screw.
The things I'll be machining don't have that tight of tolerances, so I should be fine for a while. And when this CNC Mill is all clapped out, I should have made enough profit to buy a German made Mill.
I ordered a CNC milling machine that is made in china. I can't afford even the cheapest CNC mill made in the USA. I'd like to buy USA made machine, or even better German made, but I have not been in business very long and simply can't afford it.
If I'd try to save up long enough to afford made in USA or other western country made equipment, I simply would not be able to start and operate my own business.
I am using Mastercam and learning as fast as i can.
It's difficult to ask for programming help as the client made me sign an NDA. There is nothing special about this product, but whatever.
Yes it's a 3 axis mill. I'll be using Pearson work holding quick change pallets. I am figuring out the design and modeling of those pallets. Modeling in Mastercam is still the most difficult part, the programming side of it i think i have figured out. Once it comes down to running the parts, I'll see hoe many endmills i brake.
lol, I'm glad i'm not the only one that does that.
Finding a suitable CNC mill was a bit of a journey. Used machines are being bought faster than i could drive there to check it out. So i ended up ordering a machine from a small start-up company in southern Ontario. It's a machine made in China, but i can't afford one made in USA or Germany. I checked out another unit they had on their showroom and it looks like very solid equipment they have. The parts i am going to make don't have very critical dimensions, so i think it will be fine.
The ceiling height in my shop is low at only 9' and i only have single phase power. The ceiling height especially is very limiting what i can fit in my shop.
Even if the mill only lasts for a year, i build in the price of that equipment into the quote.
I've only seen this tool used for hard boiled eggs. Then you can use your spoon to scoop out bite size chunks and eat them. That's how Germans like to eat their eggs.

Not as fat as American Women, which is why this small forklift might work.

They do, but my shop is small enough a hand broom will do the job fast enough.

Yes I'm certified for the forklift, maybe not for picking up women.
