I actually got up and walked out to the garden, called all the kids and my wife out demanding to know who did it, and got a lot of 'OK that was good' as I stormed off saying well the plot thickens.
All of my kids had blond hair and blue, green, or light hazel eyes. As they have gotten older their hair and eyes darkened.
They haven't had any vaccines.
My wife likewise never got vaccines, and her hair darkened.
Interestingly, as someone else pointed out, the further north we lived the slower the change. My wife and I grew up on the gulf coast, and were born with platinum colored hair and very light eyes. My two oldest were born in the south too, and darkened quickly. My youngest two were born in a more hyperborean climate, and have held onto the lighter features much longer.
Eh, it's like trying to get any other NPC to be politically involved. They just happen to be right leaning conspiracy fed NPCs, and don't count for anything in the end.

You might be surprised one day. I've found like minded people in the most unlikely of places, but it takes most people a really long period of trust to say it if they are not already involved in activism.
All of my irl friends are on the same page as me, with the exception of one who will never come around until we win. My family knows my views and supports them. Most of my neighborhood knows my views and supports them. And new guys are getting vetted on a weekly basis.
I snuck a bunch of tequila once, that had been in my parents cabinet for probably decades. Called my mom a bitch and I swear my dad's arms grew twenty feet as he knocked the shit out of me.
