US Goats, if you ever have to utilize a credit card and end up not paying the balance in full within a single statement period, establish a relationship with a Credit Union and open a credit card with them. I'm not sure why or what regulation is in place, but the maximum APR on a Credit Union-issued credit card is 18%.

Why have I never heard this until now? It's doubtful there are any meaningful "rewards programs" to compete with what (((banks))) advertise, and they don't have institutional shareholders to please. On top of that, aside from the prolific Navy Federal Credit Union, most if not all other credit unions seem to be regional. But they all offer credit card APRs capped at 18%. You'd think that would be a huge selling point for credit unions.

Whole Foods, along with plenty of others, is guilty of greenwashing. In his opinion, Amazon will eventually turn Whole Foods into Walmart... but I'm sure most of us see that coming even if we never did explicitly put it into words.

For those who don't know, White Oak Pastures does regenerative agriculture and they've de-industrialized the farming process. It's not about how many pounds of meat they can pump out to the supermarket, it's about the quality of the food they sell to their customers. It's the difference between "cage free" and pasture raised.

I don't know that I've ever specifically shopped for [White Oak Pastures](https://whiteoakpastures.com/), but I can certainly tell you that [US Wellness Meats](https://grasslandbeef.com/) has an incredibly delicious selection. Their bacon is especially outstanding.
