Was rough year with ups and downs but we were getting stronger and stronger. Many sites has peak in first couple months and then fade away. VOAT.xyz started from scratch with zero base attracted goats and made new home for most of us.
Numbers don't lie and this is just beginning. Now @system established new crew to handle all voat affairs and to promote our community. Good luck and I hope they will triple those numbers next year.

It'd be great to get more members so I think a good tactic would be to share posts from the more benign subs like v/welding, v/gardening, v/sewing, etc., to attract people.

For the record, no, he won't. When you block a user, their posts and comments don't even show up for you. It's as though you were never there. Even replies to a user that's been blocked don't show up.

WHY ? if someone comments your post, you get a notif, but if you "Reply" to the notif, you get fucking nothing in the post's comment section ! WTF ?! Also reply chain blocks after 12 replies (the button doesn't load shit) so there's literally no way to respond while keeping it public. Fuck this niggered website. I did better in my first IT year.
