How he is dull and has very little sense of wonderment or real desire to investigate his history or even his surroundings. A guy like this North Korean, if properly motivated/indoctrinated, could be a boon to any society he joins just based off of his intelligence and mindset--let alone whatever knowledge or specialized skills he may have acquired.
