The case, there was no evidence against him. Over a dozen accusations that he couldn't be prosecuted for because they were past the statute of limitations. Those accusations were used as evidence in the one case they could charge him with. It was bullshit all around.

Salt and peppered it an hour beforehand. Let it sit at room temperature. A layer of salt on them.
Lump charcoal, just a chimney full. I use these charcoal baskets, put them all the way to one side of the grill after it's all burning. Put the grill on, lid, let it chill for 8 minutes.
Put the steaks on the indirect heat side, far away from the charcoal. Set timer for 4 minutes. Flip, 4 minutes.
Then put them right over the charcoal. 1:30 per side. If there's flair ups, I put the cover over for a little bit, smother the flames.
Take off the grill and served right away.
Oh, and Wagyu beef too. It was fucking amazing.
