You have to have time and money for that. It takes years for a car to get to the Supreme Court, and I don't have the money for that, so I would have to find a lawyer looking to make case law out of it, and in this climate, what lawyer is going to attempt to defend the word nigger?

What's the alternative? You take a plea deal and go to jail? Hopefully it all blows over without any legal consequences (I'm not suggesting you go on the offensive), but if it was me, I'd be my own lawyer if I had to. I wouldn't go down without a fight.
