If you get a call from a foreigner this law allows them to go through all your shit even though it's clearly un-Constitutional. They're going through our shit anyway, I just wonder on why they're so intent on having this law there.
They find pleasure in hurting and in the pain of others. They literally can not empathize with the people that they hurt. This is the oldest reference I've seen to the "what if you didn't have breakfast" meme.
I have a suspicion that the low IQ of Aztec-types from south of the border yields a similar empathic deficit.
