Yes, you're absolutely right. You can clearly hear the difference in the tone and volume of the shots and the pump action between each shot.

But yeah, the deceased pulled his gun first, which basically left the security guard no option other than to mag dump him like he did.

When he switched to the shotgun, I'm assuming he was out of pistol rounds and the guy was literally still pointing the gun at him and firing. It doesn't matter how fucked up he is, if one of those shots he's popping off hits a critical area, you're dead. So once you're forced into a mag dump situation like this, you pretty much have to keep firing until they stop moving.

It might look like malice, cruelty, overkill, or whatever, but imagine if he mag dumped him and then ended up taking one of those shots in the head and dying too. Then the entire thing would have been pointless. The only reason to pull a gun and shoot someone is because they are an immediate threat to your life or someone elses. In which case, you better stop the threat.

It's very important to point out here that the dead guy pulled his gun first, as is very evident in the video. If he hadn't pulled his gun, the security guard would not have shot him.

I think this is going to be one of those big politicized cases, unfortunately, because the people who use these videos to stir up hatred and violence in blacks and liberal Whites know that most of these people don't understand or are incapable of understanding what the real dynamics at play here are. And so even if in my opinion the security guard here actually appears well-trained and acted according to the law, the jury and the public at large won't be able to figure it all out and the leftist plant DA and court will appoint a majority or all-black jury and the guy will get done for murder and the whole thing will be used to show how "mean" and "evil" White people are.
