But based on the fact that this happened at night and, I beleive israel has total air dominance, so it does not make sense for them to bomb at night. And the explosion looks much bigger than a missile attack. And it looks like everyone was blown out of the building. And there is no other evidence of an air strike. I have to conclude that most likely this was caused by explosives that were stored in the building.

I don't think there's a master plan. "Netanyahu funding Hamas" claims are typically blown out of all proportion. What seems likely is Netanyahu 1) wanted a divided Palestine, so supported Hamas as a counter-point to the Palestinian Authority, 2) tried to bribe Hamas economically to keep the peace. I don't think Hamas is taking direct orders from Netanyahu. I also consider 3) Netanyahu allowed the attacks as a justification for cleansing and annexing the Gaza strip, in that case making Hamas useful idiots.
