I take 2-4 drops of pure iodine every morning since I quit drinking. You should too.

J.CROW'S Lugol's Solution of Iodine 2% 2oz

I take 5 drops of this on days when I remember. Table salt with iodine is often heavily processed, with anti-caking agents added.

I have a 2.5 gallon water dispenser on the counter and add 6 drops of J.Crow's Lugol's Solution Iodine 2% to it every refill. +1

Just eat a healthy diet, chicken, dairy, eggs and seafood all have iodine.

Yes, but suppliments help. Especially when you've been raised on junk food for decades and have only in the last few years started to see the light.

Yeah I agree supplements are almost needed nowadays because of how much the jews have fucked with our food.

Our food system has been slowly losing it's minerals/vitamins for a long time now. Supplementary vitamins are recommended because of this.

Supplements are not an equivalency due to bioavailability, not to mention phytochemicals and other toxins in the manufacturing process. Sometimes the supplements can do more harm than good, unless you are critically deficient due to a restrictive diet or medical condition.

That may very well be the case, especially for B vitamins. But not when it comes to Iodine, people simply don't get enough of it.

You do with a healthy diet, I just listed 4 common food groups that have naturally occuring iodine.

No you dont get iodine from frozen pizza and chicken nuggets L240.

I eat sushi once a week as a “treat” now instead of drinking so often, I get plenty of iodine I’m just letting others know about it. It’s how I got shown the light.

Use iodized salt. It's why they added iodine to salt. Don't use sea salt and other things that don't have iodine in them it's stupid.
