Petty WAS cool. Stevie Nicks had it bad for him and kept bugging him to record with her and they did. Pretty good stuff, also. The song 'Boys Of Summer(Don Henley)' was first handed to Petty but he passed on it.

She did!!! My sister went to one of her concerts few years before he died and she was dissapointed because she said that woman was going on and on about him. Even had the screen play footage of him she so my sister thought at any moment stevie was going to bring him on stage but it never happpend. A whole concert of her gushing over him.

I dont blame her one bit.
