Almost all of the floods in Australia are predicable and preventable. I have always assumed that no government was investing in this because they were greedy and didn't give a shit. Now they are buying back land it all makes sense.

Exactly.

Natural flood plains should have never been available for property development. For starters, the prospectus should have acknowledged this (a cycle that happens every ten years) and should have informed customers undertaking a mortgage that they could not get home and contents insurance.

Like you said it all makes sense, just another scam.

So we're going to apply the exact same "this was predictable, it's your own damned fault" logic to Rittenhouse, right?

Of course not because dumbasses are dumbasses.

Because not allowing idiots to build in flood zones is hurtful, and not letting them rebuild in these same flood zones is TOO HURTFUL!!!!

So it's like saving a game and reloading before the flood to sell. Can we reload to before the nations got infested with kikes and niggers?

Who would bother with flood insurance after this? Just a waste of money.

The end of private land ownership is part of the NWO plan.

Some crooked shit going on, developers are building on low ground all around the country and councils refuse to give access to their flood maps.

I like how they just call things a "buyback" and all the peasants willingly line up for it, e.g. the "gun buyback"

They should have called the covid vaccine a "flu buyback" then they would have had 100% participation rate
