how the fuck it's legal to be in the legal system while your primary allegiance or any allegiance is to a foreign nation is fucking insane to me.

Israeli citizenship is implicit. They don't have to publicly claim to be citizens. The only solution is to sanction Israel until they revoke their right to return and extradite criminals.

The biggest problem in US congress is that it's trying to represent 330 million people. Probably 340 million by now.

That is way way way past Dunbar's number. Creating a general lawmaking body which no one can exit at that scale is begging for corruption. Even if you exiled every jew from America and successfully prevented them from lobbying from abroad you would still end up with a hopelessly corrupt congress hostile to any group competant enough to live without it.
