The whole funny thing about the “mortgage crises” is that I profited from it by buying the house next door to me when the wetbacks lost it in a short sale. I promptly moved White tenants into it. Later sold that house, doubling my money, and buying another investment property in a way better development.

I did the same with the house I lived in right next door to the above mentioned house. Turns out, poor people, being stupid as they are, make it easy for smart folks like myself to build wealth.
